Claude Giroux and Matthew Pistilli added goals for Gatineau (6-1-0-1).

Maxime Tanguay and David Skokan replied for the Oceanic (1-4-2-0).

Olivier Laliberte made 31 saves for the win, while Michael Chiasson stopped 26 shots at the other end.
