Tom Sestito topped off his hat trick with an empty net goal as the Plymouth Whalers beat the Brampton Battalion 6-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday.
He also had an assist.
"Getting four points is no easy thing in this league," Sestito said "But I think with last night's win and the win tonight that we're getting that edge back we had early in the season."
Evan Brophey, Kaine Geldart and John Armstrong added for the Whalers (7-4-0-0), who got 40 saves from Michal Neuvirth.
Kyle Sonnenburg, Michal Klejna and Howie Martin accounted for Brampton's (5-6-1-1) goals. Bryan Pitton made 20 saves in the loss.
